Isn’t that surprising that despite being such a successful actor and despite having such a glossy career ahead, there is something which has made Robert nervous?
Well, it is actually Les Grossman whose loud-mouth character makes the shy Robert tensed!
We are speaking about Tom Cruise’s foul-mouthed “Tropic Thunder” film producer character Les Grossman who appears in a hilarious skit presented by the MTV Movie Awards as its promotion for the upcoming show on 6th June 2010, Sunday.
The clipping is a 30 second long skit where Tom’s character Les Grossman is seen talking to Robert Pattinson regarding his plans for the big event by MTV.
Rob is asked about his plans and preparations for the MTV award night. As a reply, Rob answers very coyly that he has got some formal suits for himself. He adds that he would have a shave for the event and would also wash his hair to flaunt a formal look.
That’s enough for Les aka Cruise to burst with excitement and dissatisfaction against Rob’s decision to go tidy for the MTV Movie Awards. He reacts vigorously exclaiming that washing his hairs would mean flushing down Rob’s budding career!
What he means is that it is Rob’s shaggy look that has been immensely popular and actually a craze among the fans. If he does away with the usual look, that would certainly have an impact on his popularity.
Les goes on shouting that Robert’s “filthy” hair has earned him millions of dollars and also sent his “fat*** kid” to Space Camp four times!
While Grossman continues, RPattz is seen standing uncomfortably nervous and tensed. It seems he is looking for some reply but can’t! And the funniest part comes when Tom’s character asks about the brand of shampoo the Brit would use that night!
A nervous Robert answers…”dirt”! Lolz!
