' The Summer House' Up For Award + Deets From Toronto Screening

The Summer House is a short film Rob was involved in, early on in his career. It's expected to be available on iTunes in July. And now there's word the movie has been selected for competition at the 2010 Rushes Soho Shorts Film Festival in the UK.

Last week The Summer House was screened at the Worldwide Short film festival in Toronto. @late2thepartee was there, and shared some details on the film via twitter, straight from the director Daisy Gili.

Good thing I didn't go for popcorn ;) about 14 minutes long.

There was about 3 minutes of big screen Rob in the summer house. Lots of tight shots.

Daisy says Rob was suggested for role of richard by her ex-boyfriend.He'd seen Rob in one of his other films

Rob had a spray tan and hair extensions in The Summer House

Rob was up against Max Irons (son of Jeremy Irons) for the role of Richard.
