Role of Lee Pace in 'Breaking Dawn' is not decided

"Eclipse" is still in theaters, but rumors about the casting for "Dawn" has already begun to circulate. On Tuesday, Lee Pace entered the debate.

Online said the former star of "Pushing Daisies" was very close to being chosen as a vampire in "Sunrise." Specifically, Pace would interpret his friend Edward Cullen, Garret, who has "an element of lightness and humor in it." Gossip Cop suspected that it was premature to call Pace - or other - very close to the paper and it seems we were right.

A production source told Gossip Cop that no one was chosen and a representative from Pace told us that the actor had not been approached for it.

Thus, although it is certainly possible that Pace is on top of a wish list of producers, Summit, or the director Bill Condon, the casting of Pace should not be considered imminent.
