Bella's 'Breaking Dawn' Wedding Dress Plus 4 More 'Twilight' Things (MTV)

The "Twilight" lovin' Crush staff is still working on procuring our very own undead, sparkly loverdude to spend a blissful eternity with, but at least we know what we'll be wearing to the eventual wedding! Because Women's Wear Daily reports that bridal designer Alfred Angelo has secured the rights to recreate and sell a real, actual version of Bella's "Breaking Dawn" wedding dress to aspiring vampire brides everywhere, under the label "Twilight Bridal."

But really, the famously famous nuptial outfit is hardly the only thing from the "Twilight" films that we covet with the red-hot burning fury of a thousand blazing suns. So while good old Alfred is painstakingly putting seed beads on our eventual wedding gown, could someone else hook us up with these four fine items from the saga? THANKS.

The "New Moon" dirt bike
We usually deal with breakups from somewhere inside a jumbo-sized bag of Reese's Pieces, but let's face it, mourning a lost love looks much more glamorous when you're doing it on the Dirtbike of Suicidal Heartbreak. Vroom vroom!

The "Eclipse" engagement ring
It only makes sense that, before we are wed to our very own Mr. Cullen, we also get to bandy about a giant piece of bling that advertises to everyone exactly what kind of romantic awesomeness is about to go down.

The "Breaking Dawn" honeymoon chess set
Because when you're finally alone with your vampire husband after months and months of agonized waiting, the one thing you want to do more than anything is... play chess. Yeah.

Edward Cullen
Not a poster of Edward Cullen. Not an action figure of Edward Cullen. Not a screen-printed, person-sized, strategically-stuffed-to-look-like-a-human-dude body pillow with Edward Cullen's face on it. We want the real, actual Edward Cullen, and we want him now. NAME YOUR PRICE, "TWILIGHT."

Mtv: 'Twilight' At Comic-Con: Here's What We Know

You best have your Team Edward T-shirt pressed and ready for the fourth weekend of July, because Summit Entertainment is bringing "Breaking Dawn" to this year's Comic-Con International in San Diego!

Following a report from The New York Times revealing that "The Twilight Saga" would indeed have a presence at the fanfest, the studio has released official details. You know, the kind of stuff we love to sink our teeth into.

The most exciting piece of news is that one of the very first panels on Thursday, July 21, will be dedicated to "The Twilight Saga" and will include a sneak peek at exclusive footage and a filmmaker and cast Q&A session. No details on WHICH cast members yet, but Hollywood Crush will definitely keep you updated as the lineup develops.

Even if "Twilight" isn't your thing (which we kind of doubt if you're reading this blog, but whatever), Comic-Con is shaping up to be a book lover's paradise. Summit will also have three authors—whose works have all been optioned by the studio—on hand for a signing. Scribes include Erin Morgenstern ("Night Circus"), Isaac Marion ("Warm Bodies") and Veronica Roth ("Divergent").

A separate YA panel featuring the likes of "Anna and the French Kiss" author Stephanie Perkins, "Nightshade" writer Andrea Cremer and more is also scheduled.

All that's to say, if you can't find us July 21-24, you should check San Diego.

Don't Forget To Sign The Petition For Robsten At 'MTV First'

With the "Breaking Dawn" publicity machine stretching its legs and rubbing the sleep out of its eyes in anticipation of part one of "The Twilight Saga" finale, it stands to reason that stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will soon be spreading vampire love all across this great nation of ours. And, of course, we would be remiss not to throw open the doors of MTV Headquarters and welcome them with open arms (and doggie treats for Bear). And you could just help get them here!

Twitter user @CSI_Robsten created a Twitition this morning to get "Twilight"'s first couple their own MTV First hosted by movies guy Josh Horowitz (in much the same vein as the solo chats he had with Robert and Taylor Lautner recently).

As of press time, the petition had just under 2,000 signatures, but we think the "Twilight" nation can totally do better than that. Head on over to the Twitition to add your John Hancock and let Summit Entertainment know you'd like Rob and Kristen to grace the MTV studio with their presence.

In the meantime, click on the video above to watch a clip from MTV First: Robert Pattinson.

5 Scenes from the Book That Would Make 'Breaking Dawn' an R-Rated Movie

For three movies the Twilight franchise has flirted with subject matter that would normally garner an R-rating. Blood-thirsty vampires, sharp-fanged werewolves, and teenage sexual awakening are all subjects that require a delicate touch to win a PG-13 from the MPAA.

Photobucket

Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg has batted down rumors that Breaking Dawn will be rated R, insisting that nothing is sacrificed in keeping it PG-13. (Getty)
In the upcoming Breaking Dawn, the Twilight team faces it's trickiest challenge yet. The fourth book in the series takes all that mostly unspoken sexual tension and off-stage death and smashes it on the twin rocks of sex and gore.

While we know that Breaking Dawn's PG-13 rating is all but a foregone conclusion, here we take a look at the very- persuasive evidence that producers should think about making a mature-eyes-only Rated R tween movie... even if it only makes the unrated DVD release. In order to better illustrate these specific scenes which so far don't exist, we turn to the Internet with its happy abundance of Twilight-themed fan art. Enjoy!

1. Breaking More Than Just Dawn

In the Twilight films so far we've watched Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart do little more than play footsy while the sexual tension just builds and builds. After a total of more than six hours of nothing but playful hints of sexuality, the audience needs the honeymoon scene almost as much as Bella and Edward do. Of course if they did show it, it would be very controversial, and not just for Rob's blindingly white naked torso.

In the book, Bella describes the aftermath of the couple's first night together.
I stared at my naked body in the full-length mirror behind the door.

Mtv: Jason Bateman Doesn't Think Robert Pattinson's Accent Is Real

Though "Horrible Bosses" stars Jason Bateman and Charlie Day might not have been up for any MTV Movie Awards, they still were a bit defensive about the way "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" swept Sunday's awards show.

"There's nothing but Brits," Bateman said. "Lots of Brits on stage."

Day agreed with Bateman's sentiments. "I think I'm up to 15 Brits, and why do we let them in here?" he deadpanned. "I mean, they win all our awards and they get all our acting jobs. You know, I could be a vampire. Not now, but 15 years ago."

Bateman seemed to doubt whether Robert Pattinson's accent was even real.

"Boca. I heard Boca," Day said after Bateman called Pattinson's origins into question.

MTV's Josh Horowitz tried to lead the interview away from dangerous territory by asking what the duo would do if they ever met Pattinson in real life, but they weren't having it.

"I'd give him some sort of an accent test," Bateman said, and Day followed with, "I'd have to see some sort of drivers license. Birth certificate. "

Still, with "Horrible Bosses" releasing in August, it seems that Bateman and Day could give the "Twilight" kids a run for their money at next years' Movie Awards. Unfortunately, the two stars didn't think so.

"It's [release is] too early," Bateman said. "You'd have to release it later then, closer to the voting time."

When Horowitz said that, with that mindset, they probably should focus more on the Oscars they'll win, Day agreed. "I think I want to get my expectations as high as possible," he said

MTV: 'Breaking Dawn' Trailer: 5 Best Moments

Photobucket

MTV: OH. MY. EDWARD. Let's talk about that "Breaking Dawn" trailer.
On Friday, we put together our wish list of things we hoped would be in the MTV Movie Awards teaser, and for the most part our desires came true. There was sex (because, really, how could there not be?), dramatic shirt-slinging and the best pregnancy reveal we've ever seen in a movie trailer. Can it be November 18 already please?
We went through the trailer and compiled a list of the five juiciest "Breaking Dawn" teasers, and trust me when I say some of them are enough to make even a vampire's blood run hot. Click on after the jump to check them out and make sure to watch that trailer over and over (and over and over) again.
The Invitation
See, we told you our red carpet "Breaking Dawn" exclusive would be a good tease! The Bella and Edward wedding invitation was featured about a bazillion times in the trailer, and we got a chance to look at it first hand and scoop as many details as we could from its lavender-bordered page. But that leads us into our next point: holy cow, those Volturi!

Volturi Are Invited
It was a bit of a surprise to see that the "Breaking Dawn: Part 1" trailer—which, at least in terms of the book's plot, does not include the Volturi—opened with a shot of a wedding invitation being brought to Volterra. That confirms the fact the Volturi will remain a present part of the series like they did in "Eclipse," even though they don't technically show up until the end of "Part 2." And it sure was nice to see Michael Sheen, Jamie Campbell Bowerand Christopher Heyerdahl again.

Jacob Is Upset
Someone who wasn’t quite as pleased as Aro about that event invite was poor slighted Jacob Black. Storming angrily out of his house into the rain and throwing the wedding invitation into the muddy ground, Jacob dramatically tears off his shirt and transforms in our first glimpse of director Bill Condon's werewolves. Score one for our first glimpse ofTaylor Lautner shirtless. This time.

Goodbye Headboard
Okay, so we're a little bummed (read: inconsolably disappointed) that no one was covered in feathers in this teaser, but we did get a pretty awesome shot of Edward breaking a headboard while making sweet, sweet love to Bella Swan. Oh, and then they decide to have a nice naked sexy swim under a waterfall on Isle Esme. And then he continues to watch her sleep while playing with her hair. The cutest ever or the cutest ever?

Baby Bump Reveal
Hands down, though, the best moment in the entire trailer has to be the reveal of Bella's pregnancy. "That's impossible," Bella whispers as she checks out her slight baby bump in the mirror, and then her body convulses in something straight out of "Alien" or "Rosemary's Baby." Cut to Edward's terrified face, back to Bella looking nervous, and you have yourselves the first "Breaking Dawn" teaser trailer.

'MTV' Have Some Ideas For Robert Pattinson's Birthday

Robert Pattinson has been a very busy boy lately, traipsing all over the globe to promote his circus-centric drama "Water for Elephants." He's been so busy, in fact, that we bet the "Twilight" star didn't even have time to plan proper festivities for his very special day. The big 2-5 is an auspicious event indeed (quarter-life crisis time AND car rental eligibility...woo!), and we wouldn't want this day to pass without Rob really enjoying himself. As we're wont to do here at Hollywood Crush, we've come up with the perfect to-do list for Mr. Pattinson's 25th with, of course, accompanying Photoshoppery.

Photobucket
There's no better way to say "Happy birthday, baby!" than serving your soulmate breakfast in bed, so GF Kristen Stewart will have to wake up pretty early in the morning to get a boiling hot pot of her famous tortilla soup ready for when Rob opens his pretty little peepers. (What? It was either that or her kumquat pie!)

Photobucket
After his belly's full, Rob will probably want to take new dog, Bear, for a lovely morning constitutional—and introduce him to his other animal love, Tai the Elephant. The meeting will so inspire Rob that he will pen a script for the 2014 blockbuster "The Pachyderm and the Pup."

Taylor Lautner Fist-Bumps Tom Cruise In His #5 MTV Moment!

For a while, Taylor Lautner was pretending he wouldn't be able to make it to the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Of course, faithful members of Team Jacob know how that turned out: The "Twilight" star was on hand to present an exclusive "Eclipse" clip, take the stage to accept a Best Movie win for "New Moon" and take part in a ridiculous spoof with Robert Pattinson called "Bad-Ass Cops."

But in the run-up to the big show, Lautner had some fun, during an MTV promo, suggesting he might have other plans for his evening — plans that didn't make Tom Cruise very happy. As we count down the days until "MTV First: Taylor Lautner" hits the air and the Web on Wednesday, April 13, at 7:56 p.m. — and count off our favorite encounters with the young star — we hauled the promo out of our archives because: A) It still makes us laugh, and B) It's Taylor's #5 MTV moment.

In the promo, Cruise's egomaniacal alter-ego, Les Grossman, finishes ripping "Avatar" director James Cameron a new one — "I want it in 4-D! Do it," he screams — and turns to Lautner to discuss the upcoming Movie Awards.

"Les, we already talked about this, remember?" Lautner tells him. "My agents told you that weekend is my best friend's wedding."

"Understood. All cool," Les says, and brings in a schlubby fella he says will stand in for Lautner at the wedding.

Despite Taylor's skepticism, Grossman says that everything's going to work out, then offers up his fists for Tay-Tay to pound.

Don't miss "MTV First: Taylor Lautner" this Wednesday at 7:56 p.m. ET on MTV and MTV.com. Tune in to see Lautner debut the trailer for "Abduction," followed by a live 30-minute interview on MTV.com. Tweet questions using the hashtag #asktaylor to get in the conversation!
